Kamm Ghalamkar, BS, EA, Realtor®, GRI, MBA (Tax)
Over 30 years experience in tax preparation and representation before the Internal Revenue Service and other Governmental agencies.
Served as an Auditor for the Internal Revenue Service for over six years, auditing individuals and small businesses to Fortune 500 Companies.
Graduated in 1972 from California State University, Hayward, with B.S. in Accounting and received M.B.A. in Taxation from Golden Gate University, San Francisco, in 1979.
Life-time licensed Accounting Instructor for Community Colleges in California since 1980. California Real Estate Broker since 1987, and Graduate "Realtor Institute of California", (GRI) since 1993.
Over 20 years of experience in selling homes and other real estate activities in the bay area.
Member, National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, Risk Management Institute (RMI), Multiple Listing Service (MLS), El Dorado County Association of Realtors, National Association of Enrolled Agents and California Association of Enrolled Agents.

Kat J. Mullins, Office Manager
Kathy (Kat), has been working for the Company as a full charge bookkeeper since February 1980. She is in charge of all bookkeeping, including but not limited to recording and preparation of Financial Statements, Sales and Use Taxes, Payroll Taxes, Personal Property Taxes and more. She has had training in Computer Software for accounting and preparation of personal income taxes. She has great personality, easy to talk to and sense of humor.
